The diagram of JMS's value creation process consists of the following elements: the external environment, capital to be strengthened or acquired, the business model, output, and outcome. Each of these elements is described in detail below.
Eexternal Environment
Based on factors that affect our future business development, such as advances in globalization, accelerating digital transformation, demographic changes, the extension of healthy life expectancy, global environmental changes, and new lifestyles, we will appropriately set our vision and strategy, identify new business opportunities, and take measures to avoid risks.
Capital to Be Strengthened or Acquired
We support our business model and build a competitive advantage by effectively utilizing various capitals owned by JMS, such as human capital, manufacturing and equipment capital, intellectual capital, social capital, financial capital, and natural capital. For example, by strengthening human capital, we can improve the capabilities and motivations of our employees and enhance our ability for innovation. In addition, by building social capital, we strengthen partnerships and collaborations and deepen our relationships with stakeholders.
Business Model
The business model, which is the core of our value creation process, is based on our founding spirit "For People’s Precious Life". While maintaining our commitment to providing solutions through activities ranging from on-site observation to problem-solving, we will accelerate and further deepen our value creation through digital and external capital alliances, looking at things from a global perspective.
Output
Through the restructuring of existing businesses and strategic alliances, we aim to form a new portfolio for future medical care to provide services such as minimally invasive procedures, home medical care, preventive medicine, and predictive medicine.
Outcome
