JMS has placed sustainability management as the core of our business and established the "Sustainability Preparation Committee" in FY 2022. Under this committee, we organized a cross-functional team, and they have sequentially proceeded to identify materiality as an important issue and to develop an action plan and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to address materiality. In the third phase starting in FY 2024, we will implement sustainability management based on the developed action plan.。
By addressing materiality through these implementations, we realize a virtuous cycle of contributing to the profit of society and the economy as a whole, and improving medium- to long-term corporate value. In addition, we embody the "Diagram of Value Creation Process," looking ahead to 2050, and support further advancements and developments in medical care.
